Some of the maintenance posts in the depot require long working hours and high labor intensity, and there is a demand for air conditioning cooling in hot zone. On the basis of on-site investigation, the working posts and working areas where cold air is needed in the depot are determined. The indoor air parameters for cooling load calculation are determined for the typical large reinforced concrete plant in Shanghai through on-site measurement. The main technical parameters and cooling load of air supply for these spots are obtained by CFD analysis. Meanwhile, simultaneous operation rate, typical air supply system scheme, and the matching requirements of control and management are proposed.
